Answer: In the context of customer value proposition pertaining to the product, it can be construed that these tend to be primarily the marketing propositions facilitating potential reasons for consumers to prefer its products [1]. The major propositions tend to include the unique properties and characteristics of the product or service. In case of Signature Learning Experiences (SLE) it can be construed that the notions of facilitating idea creation, team building and feasibility analysis are aimed at attracting prospective student into the program. The experience that is represented through SLE reiterates upon the internal development of skills pertaining to creativity, leadership and judgements. Key Performance Indicators: In terms of determining the different set of relevant factors that are to be considered as key performance indicators (KPI), it is pertinent to note that the product, services, or programs that organisations tend to offer[2]. Moreover, selection of KPI also requires understanding the inherent properties of the services or products as well the medium through which the product or service is facilitated to the clients. In case of the SLE, the key performance indicators shall have to be performance of participants; this is to be coupled with the ability of the participants in the venture in undertaking different set of projects and the manner and efficiency with which such projects are to be undertaken. Moreover, the degree of utility that participants in the program tend to derive out of such program can be judged by the rankings and grades that they get and the propensity of developing a new business or the ability to rectify an old business. Moreover, the students ability to undertake assignments and the manner in which he/she is able to comprehend the problem and mitigate the degree of risk can be construed to be a part of KPI. It is relevant to nurture the talent acquires in terms of human capital pertaining to an organisation. In terms of challenges pertaining to talent management, the primary challenge tends to be the getting the optimum contribution out of each resource[3]. Moreover, identification of issues that primarily constrain such individuals from providing the desired degree of performance is a relevant factor in talent management. In case of SLE, it is pertinent to note that issues pertaining to talent management come from the fact that responsiveness to instruction and learning varies from individual to individual. The same form of learning that is facilitated on an even basis in the SLE program can have different effect upon its participants. In order to resolve such issues, it is pertinent that SLE program has a set of contingency plans such as additional counseling or assistance in case a participant in the venture is unable to perform properly or is unable to resolve issues.
